As part of this transformation, Stormflow Surfacing was contracted to install some colourful permeable surfacing across several key areas within the garden.

Stormflow Surfacing’s permeable system was carefully chosen for its ability to enhance accessibility while promoting sustainable water management. The installation covered multiple interactive sections, including the costumes and puppetry area, the central spiral feature, and the woodworking station. Each of these spaces plays a vital role in the garden’s goal to provide children with an inclusive environment where they can engage in creative and hands-on activities.
